with 3 comments

I heard a statistic on the radio yesterday that said 38% of of people are already done with their Christmas shopping! If you are like me (and the greater percentage of Christmas shoppers) you will wait until the final days before making a mad dash to the stores. I can’t help you with gifts for your wife, husband, in-laws, etc. (go to Yahoo for that), but I can give you insight into what some of the key people in your office are looking for in a gift. Q&A Session: George Sofka, Prodagio Software’s Chief Knowledge Officer

with 0 comments

George Sofka of Prodagio Software

George Sofka, Chief Knowledge Officer at Prodagio Software

Managing contracts can seem quite daunting, especially for companies managing hundreds or thousands of contracts. Although contracts can be managed manually, doing so can have serious consequences for a company if it cannot maintain visibility and control over its contracts.

Lacking visibility and control can create a snowball effect in which companies may also end up losing money because of missed financial obligations or opportunities.

To help combat such disasters, companies, such as Prodagio Software, developed solutions to help today’s businesses simplify and create value within the contract management process.

George Sofka, Prodagio Software‘s vice president of product development, has been in the document management industry for 20 years. As one of the founders of Prodagio Software –which was then Imagitek – he is able to provide valuable insight into the contract management process. Read the rest of this entry »

Calculating a Return from your Invoice Processing Investment

with 0 comments

Everyone wants the best bang for their buck in their personal lives. You want the biggest meal you can get for a dollar, you want a car that gets the best MPG for the lowest price tag (but still includes all the cool extra features),  and you want the best smart gadget with the largest selections of apps for the lowest price on the market.

This same ‘best bang for your buck’ idea also carries over into business management, under the more professional term ROI, or Return on Investment. Most likely, there is even more pressure in your professional world to be certain that the return is worth the cost than in your personal life. Saag Paneer and Sweet Potato Pie

with 0 comments

At a recent company meeting, a co-worker had the idea of holding an International Thanksgiving Celebration. The suggestion of food (especially Thanksgiving food) perked up our ears so of course we wanted to know more.

The idea, she went on to explain, came to her based on a couple reasons. First, we have a lot to be thankful for here at Prodagio; throughout the economic down-turn and the mess that followed, our company has never lost momentum. And second, we are a very international group, so it would be fun to see/taste how different families celebrate Thanksgiving.
